Step 1
Place the frozen cryo-vac bag into boiling water, rice cooker or steamer for 10 minutes then simmer for 5 minutes or until the core temperature is hot.
Step 2
Cut cryo-vac bag open, place the meal in your favourite bowl, serve and enjoy.

– Defrost your required meals the day before, thaw in the fridge overnight.
– If frozen add 5 minutes to heating time.
